This entrance will be clearly marked and will be located close to the road and pavement access points from nearby public transport stations. Attendees with disabilities can request assistance from event staff to help them navigate to the accessible entrance.

Accessible Platform and Pathways

There is a wheelchair accessible platform to the right of the stage, reachable directly via a path from the main entrance, which also navigates across accessible toilets, bars, welfare tents and food traders.

The security guards present near the stages and main entrance will be able to direct you and or accompany you to the viewing platform. Please flag with a member of the Krankbrother team if you require assistance in navigating the accessible pathways.

There will be a limited availability of seating in the viewing areas for non-wheelchair users and personal assistants. Please contact us if this is a requirement.

Lowered Bar Counters

We will have lowered bar counters available at all of our bars. If you require further assistance at the bars please let the servers know.

Food Service

Our food traders have a set of procedures and policies in place to improve the accessibility of festivals. We require traders to be accommodating to customers with access requirements and to adhere to the below policy in our aims to improve the customer experience for all customers.

  • Advise the customer on ordering and explain the available menu and how it would be served.
  • Providing large print menus.
  • If the customer requires lowered access and this is unavailable then traders will exit the stall to take and deliver orders to the customer.

Accessible Restrooms with RADAR Key

Across the site there will be accessible restrooms equipped with RADAR key locks. Attendees with disabilities can request a RADAR key from the information point or staff located at the accessible viewing platform they do not have one.

Medications on Site

If you need to bring medication with you into the festival arena, we ask that you please notify us at info@krankbrother.com before arriving at the site. Please place all items in a clearly labeled bag, and all tablets should be in sealed packets and accompanied by the prescription. Non-prescription medication will be removed on entry.

First Aid and Welfare

We have a First Aid and Welfare Tent on site located at the right of the stage. If at any point you feel that you need a quieter area away from the crowds, we recommend that you use the Welfare Tent and let the staff know that you are an accessibility customer.

We are dedicated to providing an inclusive and accessible event experience for all attendees. If you have any specific accessibility needs or requests, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
We look forward to welcoming you to the event and ensuring that everyone can enjoy the experience to the fullest.
